Easier said than done… But i’m learning though, that I am quite arrogant. What makes me think I am so special that I can dislike what other people like? I’m just another drone on this 7+ billion earth… Just another dot that has been and continues to be shaped by his environment and upbringing, nothing more.
So starting today, i’m gonna work at this arrogance. I should be grateful that I even get to type this on an iPhone. (didn’t some Chinese kid sell one of his kidneys for this device?).

Millions of people never analyze themselves. Mentally they are mechanical products of the factory of their environment, preoccupied with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, working and sleeping, and going here and there to be entertained. They don’t know what or why they are seeking, nor why they never realize complete happiness and lasting satisfaction. By evading self-analysis, people go on being robots, conditioned by their environment. True self-analysis is the greatest art of progress.

^ I must admit that even though I try, I am one of these people. Self-analysis is painful - For me, it has been difficult accepting that I am mediocre at best, and that i am heavily influenced by environment.

Others may not accept you,but always remember you have a lot of people in your life that will love, support and accept you,no matter how different you are. They will be the ones that will be proud of you in whatever you do. Stop worrying about what others think and don’t be afraid of showing the world that you’re different and be proud of who you are.Remember the people in your life love you just the way you are!!!
